Nour holds an LL.M in International Commercial Law from the University of Leicester (England) and an LL.B from Amman University. Admitted to Jordanian Bar Association since 2002.
She has extensive experience in corporate regulation and international trade law and other law areas of economics and commerce, especially; Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Projects, Investment and Development Zones, Income and Sales Tax, World Trade Organization (WTO) Law, Trade Remedies, Investment and Development Zones, Income and Sales Tax.
Nour is a Founding Partner of CLE Jordan for Continuing Legal Education. Expertise in this field comprises organization and administration of several training courses, symposia, and conferences in diverse legal topics such as: Trade Remedies, WTO, Mergers and Takeovers, Transformation of Companies, Commercial and Investment Law, Real Estate, Architecture and Zoning Law, Banking Law, Tax Law, Goodwill, Secured Lending.
